Shipping and Returns
shipping
Orders are generally processed for shipping within 2 business days. However, in times of heavy volume, it may take up to 5 business days before an order is shipped by the method chosen. If you need to expedite a shipment, please email us at store@shopskylla.com.

All shipping is provided via USPS or UPS, and selected by the buyer at time of checkout. Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen and the destination address.

Shipping fees for returns are at the expense of the buyer.

Sales Tax
For all orders shipped within California, there will be an 8.25% sales tax automatically calculated and added to your order total at time of checkout. Orders shipping to all other states are exempt from sales tax.

International Shoppers
Sorry for the inconvenience, but at the present time we are only shipping within the U.S.A. (50 states). Accordingly, any International orders will be cancelled immediately without further notice.

Back Orders
Some products may be unavailable at the time of shipping. If this applies to your order you will be contacted promptly.

In the event that an item on your order is backordered, we will immediately ship the items in stock and you will only be charged for the merchandise shipped.

retail returns
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN USED AND MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED. We will refund the purchase price less shipping fees, which are at the expense of the buyer. However, in the event the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will pay the return shipping costs.

All sale items purchased at a reduced price are a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Return Procedure
Prior to returning any items, you must notify us and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain a RMA number, please email your item description, purchase name and date, and description of problem to: customerservice@shopskylla.com.
Items being returned must be packed securely with a copy of your sales receipt and brief description of what the problem is. Items authorized for return must be sent back within 5 days of RMA# issuance. Please mark the exterior of the box clearly with the RMA#, and send via UPS. Packages must be insured for the full value of the merchandise.

All unauthorized returns or those without a copy of your sales receipt will be refused and sent back. Items not purchased from Skylla, Ltd. will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund for the sales amount including all applicable sales taxes will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If an item is defective or incorrectly shipped, refunds will NOT be granted in instances where the customer chooses not to receive a correct replacement.

Once your package has been received at Skylla, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information, and it could take up to four weeks from the time you give the package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (up to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
